Stephanie Helms is employed with the Alabama Cooperative Extension System (Auburn University) as an EFNEP Extension Specialist providing statewide programmatic support to 36 EFNEP counties, and is co-author of the updated Today's Mom curriculum for limited-resource moms-to-be. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Sociology from Troy University and a Master of Science in Counseling and Psychology from Troy University. A 27 year Extension veteran, Stephanie's interests lie in developing different ways to make nutrition education fun to teach for EFNEP educators and fun to learn for limited-resource participants.
