Stacy Soulimiotis joined OSU Extension-Cuyahoga County as the EFNEP Program Specialist in October of 2021. She has been working in public health since 2012 in Atlanta and moved to Cleveland in 2018 to continue her public health efforts. Stacy has developed and implemented a variety of community-based programs that aim to increase access to healthier food options, improve healthier behaviors, and decrease chronic disease prevalence. She received her undergraduate degree in Health and Human Services from Kennesaw State University in Kennesaw, Georgia, and received her Master’s in Public Health from Georgia State University.
