Rita Jackson is the State EFNEP Coordinator for the University of Tennessee.  Rita received her BS in Family and Consumer Sciences, and MS in Ag and Extension Education from Mississippi State University and is currently pursuing her EdD in Learning and Leadership from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.  She has worked with the Cooperative Extension Service for 25 years starting with Mississippi State University Extension Service in 1997, then with the University of Tennessee Extension Service in 2002.  She has worked with EFNEP as an Area Specialist and now as State Coordinator.
