Michelle Scott-Pierce, MBA, is an Extension Associate with Cornell University. She started working with EFNEP, as the evaluation data were just beginning to be captured in ERS4. She worked directly with Earl Merrill, the developer, to implement modifications to the ERS4 system, which then were later integrated into NEERS5. Michelle’s role is to ensure data quality, conducting data review and providing technical assistance and training to data management, frontline and supervisory staff, as well as provide operations and compliance support. Through this experience, she was asked to participate in the WebNEERS Beta team, from initial testing through its current functions. While participating as an active members of the WebNEERS Beta Test Team, she has contributed to or provided leadership on several subcommittees including, the Help Desk feature, the training team, the diagnostic report assessment team, and the additional questions feature.
