My name is Laquitsha Bejoile-Hayes, and I am an EFENP Educator serving Madison and St. Clair Counties. My undergraduate degree is in Human Nutrition and Dietetics and my Master's degree is in Public Health. In 2015, I worked on a Centers for Disease Control Grant to improve food access in a food desert. Shortly after that, I worked as a Nutritionist and Peer Breast Feeding Counselor for WIC in the Greater East St. Louis, Illinois area. I also spent five years as a Program Coordinator in SNAP-ED at U of IL Extension.
